Can I cancel my plan at anytime?

As a customer of Futrli, you can cancel your monthly or annual rolling subscription at any time, and you will not be charged again after the date you cancel. If you cancel during the free period, your account will never be charged.

Is support included?

With Futrli you get free, unlimited support 24/7 from our customer support team. When you're looking for answers, start by searching in Futrli’s help centres. Then, if you still have questions, use the 'Ask us a question' button at the bottom right of any page.

Will I receive marketing emails from Futrli?

With your permission we will send you marketing emails from time-to-time. These will primarily be informing you about upcoming events, new products and special offers that could benefit your business. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in your latest marketing email. Product enhancements for products you subscribe to, fall outside of the realm of marketing communication.

Will you pass my data to any 3rd parties?

Some elements of our service are provided by carefully selected partners. In order to benefit from these features, we may need to send a small subset of your data to them. You will need to explicitly grant your permission beforehand and as part of this process, we will make it clear exactly what data will be shared. We will never sell your data and we will never pass it onto third parties for any means other than those for which you’ve given us express consent.

What happens at the end of my free trial?

If you choose to continue using Futrli after your trial, you will be asked to add your billing information and will be billed monthly or annually depending on your choice, from that point. You can cancel at any time.

Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up for a trial?

No, you just need to provide your full name and an email address. Each product (platform: Flow, Predict and non-platform: Advisor) have their own monthly (or annual) costs.

How secure is Futrli?

We take the security of our customers' data extremely seriously and have technical and organisational measures in place to protect all data and minimise the chances of a breach or unauthorised access. Futrli as an organisation is in the process of attaining ISO27001 compliance and we anticipate being able to schedule our stage 2 audit soon.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

The Futrli Platform is a web-based application running in all modern browsers. It integrates with cloud-based accounting solutions and makes use of their APIs to periodically synchronise ledger activity for in-depth predictive analysis in our platform.

This data is needed for our systems to operate. Should you cancel your subscription or disconnect from a cloud-based accounting solution, your data will be deleted within 30 days and no further synchronisations will occur.

Can I add more than one company to Futrli?

You can add as many organisations as you like in your Futrli Platform or Advisor account. If you add an organisation and sign up for a pricing plan, you'll become the subscriber for the organisation.

Will my data be private and safe?

Yes it will be. Each client's data is separated logically and is encrypted at rest using strong multi-factor encryption. Your data is encrypted using a unique key and as an additional safeguard, this key itself is encrypted with a regularly rotated master key. The block cipher used is 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES256). Internally, access to Futrli systems is strictly controlled following the principles of least privilege. Employees in roles which require them to have direct access to client data are subject to background checks as part of our recruitment process. We perform automated vulnerability scans of our production infrastructure on a weekly basis and a manual penetration test is executed by third party security experts at least annually.

Where is my data held?

All of your and your clients' company data is stored in encrypted form in AWS Data Centres which are SOC1, SOC2 Type 1 & 2 and SOC3 compliant.

Can I access Futrli on my mobile or tablet?

Yes, Futrli is a fully cloud-based system. You can access it from any Internet-enabled phone, tablet or desktop/laptop computer, and multiple users can work on it simultaneously. You cannot access Futrli offline.
