Bacchus Advisory are a multi-service accountancy firm based in Pyrmont, Sydney.
Founded in 2004, the firm offer a variety of different compliance, advisory, and forecasting services to clients across New South Wales. As an accountancy firm, they believe in ‘bringing life to numbers’, and are always on the lookout for ways to communicate their work in accessible and insightful ways.
What challenges did you face before finding Futrli?
Bacchus Advisory faced a demanding challenge in 2020 when approached by a client to prepare a 3-year cash flow forecast for an Australian subsidiary of a French multinational company.
Without Futrli, Bacchus Advisory set to the task of managing the 25 different business units, creating scenarios across spreadsheets before overlaying them to provide forecasts to the parent company. Needless to say, this was a fiddly and complex undertaking.
Bacchus Advisory managed this laborious task all through Excel spreadsheets. Coming out the other side, Associate Director, Lisa Maletta knew there had to be more innovative solutions. Bacchus Advisory wanted to improve efficiency and spend more time generating forecasting solutions for clients.
